Horseradish Mustard Vinaigrette

Dinner Time

The other night I was in a hotel room making dinner. I had some romaine lettuce tip make a salad but no salad dressing.  I also had some mustard, avocado oil and vinegar in my room.  I thought I could make some ranch dressing,  but I didn’t have all the spices.

Oil and vinegar?

I thought I could just make a simple vinaigrette Werth the ACV and avocado oil. I took about 1/8 cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup avocado oil and started to mix them together.

Other Ingrediants

When I reached for the salt and pepper I remembered that I also had some Horseradish Mustard. I added about 2 tbsps of the mustard to the oil and vinegar.

Then I added some salt and pepper but in my mind something was still missing.  My love for spicy food was not satisfied.  So I grabbed the Cayenne Pepper and added some to my mixture.

I mixed all the ingredients together and tasted. It came out great.


  • 1/8 cup ACV
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp horseradish mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili powder


Step 1

Add all ingrediates together and mix.
