Garlic Herb Butter

Today I  went shopping at Meijer Markets. They had ribeye stakes on sales,  $3 off. So I bought one and decided I would cook it tonight.

I had read abd heard a lot abuot Garlic Herb Butter.  This is my first try at making it: maybe next time it will look better.

Simple to make

If you try to make this make sure your butter is soft or you will have t tho heat it up.  Other then that the recipe only takes about 10 minutes to make.

To get my butter soft faster i put it inn my metal mixing bowl and heated it up a little. You could also do this in the microwave.

Other then using soft butter, just mix all the ingredients  together.

Great on Steak

After I committed my steak the butter was still soft,  so I used it as a drip for the steak.  If your butter is still semi hard tippy can put it inn top of your steak.  This will help it melt and will add great flavor to your steak.


  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika


Step 1

Stir all ingredients together until they are thoughly mixed. Enjoy.
